sehr spannend, mal nicht die 2008 veröffentlichungen beim listenwahn zum jahresende aufzuzählen – aber hier ist ja gar nichts neues dabei! ist konsens also immer retro und zehn jahre (+ x) hinterher? nicht dass ich die songs nicht zum großteil toll fände…
@Playmobil: Finde ich auch erschreckend! Die meisten Leute in den Top 20 Songs sind entweder tot oder auf dem Weg dahin. Nur Oasis und Radiohead drücken den Altersschnitt (etwas).
Und: elektronische Musik scheint immer noch kein “Best-Ever” Potential zu haben (zumindest unter Spreeblickern).

@pipi: ich mein auch nicht ALT=GUT, sondern: was auch nach 10 Jahren noch als gut erinnert wird ist etwas bleibendes. den neuesten hype zur “best band/song eva” zu erklären ist verlockend, aber wird meist schnell vom nächsten hype überholt.
deswegen tauchen in dieser liste so viele “alte” sachen auf – nur bei denen kann man die bedeutung richtig einschätzen.
@pipi: und bezügl. pubertät: dann müsste ich jetzt noch auf backstreet boys et. al. abfahren. die 90er waren einfach schlecht, von wenigen ausnahmen abgesehen. die hatten teilweise eine fatale affinität zu heroin und schrotflinten.
Erstellt doch Eure eigenen Listen.

@Matthias: Genau! Vor den schlimmen 90ern waren alle Musiker clean und psychisch stabil. Anders hätte die das anstrengende Tour- und Popstarleben überhaupt nicht bewältigen können.

Oh Dear! Nirvana, Beatles, Queen, Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Oasis, etc….einen so langweilig-konservativen Musikgeschmack hätte ich den Spreeblick-Lesern gar nicht zugetraut.
Ich fand’s spannend, Euch zuzuhören. Zum Fehlen mancher Interpreten: Bei einer persönlichen Top Ten sieht es sicher anders aus. Wenn man sich auf drei Lieder beschränken muss, fallen viele Lieblinge durch den Rost. Danke für Eure Mühe!!

Super Liste und mit den Pixies auch meine absolute Lieblingsband ganz vorne mit dabei (womit ich nun wirklich nie und nimmer gerechnet hätte). Man che Stücke sind wohl eher aufgrund, mit ihnen zusammenhängender Erinnerungen gewählt worden, denn der umwerfenden Qualität wegen, aber das ist auch völlig in Ordnung (hab auch eine Schnulze von den Doors eingeschickt und nicht einmal die Beste). Pink Floyd hatte ich zwar nicht auf meiner Liste, hätten es aber durchaus sein können und verstehe insofern das bashing auch nicht wirklich.
Alles in allem eine tolle Aktion. Nur leider konnte ich nicht wie geplant beim Hören des Podcasts einschlafen, da eine Gänsehaut die nächste jagte!
Schöne Feiertage brauch ich euch allen ja fast nicht mehr wünschen. Aber auf jeden Fall einen guten Rutsch! Kommt gut rüber und wir lesen uns im neuen Jahr

ich habe mir gerade den podcast angehört und bin erstaunt.
nahe zu alle songs wurden geschrieben, bevor ich in irgendeiner form überhaupt gab….
trotzdem kannte ich ich etwa ein drittel der songs…
doch bei so manchen liedern, ich hätte nie gedacht, dass die so weit oben gelandet wären. die haben überhaupt nicht gerockt. ich fragte mich, ob die mit songsmith erstellt wurden oder warum die so schlecht klingen
war aber echt interessant….
